CARECONNECTPSS PROGRAM PRIVACY POLICY

Sanofi Genzyme respects your privacy. Data obtained from you in connection with the CareConnectPSS program includes your mobile phone number, your mobile carrier's name and the date, time and content of your messages exchanged within the program. Sanofi Genzyme will only use your personal information to contact you by text messages, emails, regular mail, or telephone calls to provide you with the Services as described in the Patient Support Services Patient Authorization Form that you signed when enrolling in CareConnectPSS. Nonetheless, Sanofi Genzyme reserves the right at all times to disclose any information that it determines is required by law, regulation, or other legal process; to avoid liability; or to protect Sanofi Genzyme's rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Sanofi Genzyme with information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If Sanofi Genzyme, in the company's sole discretion, believes that any information provided is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Sanofi Genzyme may refuse you access to the Services and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
