Legacy of hope and impact
For more than 40 years, Sanofi has been dedicated to developing and delivering transformative therapies for people affected by rare diseases. Sanofi pioneered the first enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) in 1991 and first-line substrate reduction therapy (SRT) in 2014—now standard treatments for lysosomal storage disorders. Our research continues to advance new treatments and the scientific understanding of these conditions, but our commitment does not stop with treatment.
In addition to offering support services and financial assistance programs to help patients and families post diagnosis, Sanofi works closely with advocacy organizations to raise awareness and advocate for improved access to care.
CareConnect is part of Sanofi’s legacy of innovation, compassion, and dedication to improving the lives of people affected by rare diseases. Our work is making a difference in the world, but our ultimate goal is to make a difference for you.
