Get to know your dedicated support team
When you enroll in CareConnect, you get an experienced team made up of two dynamic experts.
Patient Education Liaisons (PELs)
PELs have a clinical background in nursing and/or genetic counseling, and provide in-person disease and treatment education.
Case Managers
Case Managers provide regional expertise in handling out-of-pocket costs and exploring options if you don’t have insurance.
